Why Photos Matter
Lullaby uses your photos to create cartoon versions of your characters that appear throughout the story. The better the photos, the more accurate and recognizable the illustrations will be.
Photo Requirements
- 3-5 photos per character — More photos help the AI understand facial features from different angles.
- Clear, well-lit images — Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily filtered photos.
- Face clearly visible — The child's face should be the main focus. Avoid sunglasses or face paint.
- Recent photos — Use photos from the last few months so the character looks like your child today.
Best Photo Tips
- Different angles — Include at least one front-facing photo and one from a slight angle.
- Natural expressions — Smiling or neutral expressions work best. Avoid extreme expressions.
- Simple backgrounds — While not required, photos with simple backgrounds help the AI focus on the face.
- One person per photo — Each photo should clearly show only the character you're uploading for.
Photos must be under 10 MB each. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, and WebP.
Adding Multiple Characters
You can add up to 4 characters per story. Each character needs their own set of photos. During story creation, you'll name each character and upload their photos separately.
Character Transformation Preview
After uploading photos, Lullaby transforms them into cartoon versions in your chosen art style. You'll see a preview of the cartoon characters before the story is generated, so you can make sure they look right.
