  • Digital Book: Full digital access to your personalized storybook
  • Printed Book: Physical softcover book shipped to your address, plus digital access

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Digital Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, digital purchases are non-refundable once the story has been generated. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase, please contact us.
  • Printed Products: Once the order is submitted and paid, it cannot be cancelled. If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

The stories generated using our service are created using AI technology. You retain rights to the personal images you upload. The generated story content and illustrations are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share your stories with family and friends but may not resell or commercially distribute them.

By uploading images to our service, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that they do not violate any third-party rights. You grant us permission to process these images solely for the purpose of generating your personalized story. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

You may not use our service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
