Every printed book is personalized and printed to order. Production starts after checkout and typically takes 2–4 business days before shipping.

Standard delivery typically arrives 8–15 business days after ordering; express delivery 7–12 business days.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping speed you choose.

Every book is personalized and printed just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges of made-to-order books. Orders can't be cancelled once submitted — production starts immediately.

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement — free of charge.

Digital editions are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once your story has been generated.
